Cancellation Policy

*If you cancel a lesson less than 8 hours before the scheduled lesson, you are obligated to pay the instructor their full rate. Any Cancelation- You must reach out to the instructor in order to cancel. After one appointment that is missed without communication; we reserve the right to no longer provide our services. Cash only is due at the start of every lesson Arrive on-time, our lessons start and end at the scheduled time. (Coach Tab often runs over- stay patient, she will ensure you receive your 60- minutes! She dedicates time to each and every student) _________________________________________________________________ Coach Tabs PITCHING Full-time and Bi-Weekly Students: You are expected to make your time slot- if you cannot make it… You can: See if you can trade with another L3 Pitching Client Release it back it to me- MUST give me at least 24 hours notice (for anything other than illness). If you cancel too many times for a standing appointment, you could lose your time slot. If you cancel less than 8 hours you will be charged 100% of your lesson fee. You can always see if another L3 student will take and trade your slot, if you cannot make it. Feel Free to take slots when they open up! I will post on the L3 Facebook Page and Website!
