Cancellation Policy

*If you cancel a lesson less than 8 hours before the scheduled lesson, you are obligated to pay the instructor their full rate. Any Cancelation- You must reach out to the instructor in order to cancel. After one appointment that is missed without communication; we reserve the right to no longer provide our services. Cash only is due at the start of every lesson Arrive on-time, our lessons start and end at the scheduled time. (Coach Tab often runs over- stay patient, she will ensure you receive your 60- minutes! She dedicates time to each and every student) _________________________________________________________________ Coach Hannah and Coach Tab: You are finacially responsible for your time slot. If you cannot make it, trade with another L3 Pitching Client or ask another L3 Client to take it through the email chain. Please refer to booking policy emailed. Sickness for all instructors: If you stayed home from school from being sick, do not attend your lesson and stay home. Fever, runny nose where you constantly blowing your nose, sore throat, and stomach issues please stay home. If you cancel less than 8 hours you will be charged 100% of your lesson fee. You can always see if another L3 student will take and trade your slot, if you cannot make it. Feel Free to take slots when they open up! I will post on the L3 Facebook Page and Website!
