Level-Up-Infield - Maintenance Masters
3 Weeks- $90 "Level-Up Infield" or $35 per session for selected dates at registration. Maintenance Master's is a 3-week session to maintain and perfect the previously taught skills at Level- Up Fall Session and Winter-1 Session.

We will have a structured, fast paced, competitive environment.
Athletes are expected to start their dynamic stretches, 'every-days', and throwing progressions 15 minutes before their scheduled session. We will demonstrate on the first day.
60 minutes with coaches to improve communication on the field in a high intensity practice. The girls will learn how to recover quickly and gain the next out mentality, all while receiving constructive feedback on fundamentals within a face-paced exercise. We focus on explosiveness within the legs and how to be efficient on the field. Our athletes will learn about accountability, leadership, and how to be the reliable teammate on and off the field. We want to train them to think for themselves, understand the game, and be reactive in situations when mistakes happen.
