Hitting 12 and older (12 inch ball)- (Choose 4 week package or single session)

This course is for girls who would like learn the foundations of hitting from correct movements of upper body/lower body work (contact 90/90, bat path and how to get to the ball) to maximize your power into the swing.  Hannah will go over how to hit off speed/spin pitches as well as the mental approach to the plate. 

4 Week course every Thursday starting on July 6th   12:00- 1:00 pm time slot. 

Choose between attending all 4 weeks or  single sessions.
