About the event
90 minutes with Coach Jamie to improve and understand proper routes to quicken up your times, how to dive back and get up quickly. Understanding different lead offs and when to use them.
This clinic is designed for those who want to work on their softball IQ and improve their mechanics on running on the bases.
You do not need to be naturally fast, you need to be smart on the bases!
