Cancellation Policy
Designated Time Slot: In August/September- Coach Tab reaches out to you to pick a bi-weekly time slot. Mod/JV/Varsity- For those that are of age to play school softball, this spot is locked in until the season begins. At that point, we communicate and see if your scheduled time still works around your school softball schedule. If it does not, the slot gets released back into the schedule and spots will be posted online and up for grabs. 6th grade and younger- your designated spot is locked in until April 1st. Starting April 1st- All spots are released online and every client will be asked to book through L3Fastpitch.com, be sure to check the L3 Fastpitch Facebook page for openings too! Cancelation Policy: This is your spot and you are expected to keep your lesson date. At the beginning of each month emails will be sent through the website, if there is a date you know you cannot make, we can try and trade with another L3 client to accommodate. If we cannot find a trade, I will release it back into my schedule to allow others to pick it up. If you do not notify me with ample amount of time (at least 48-72 hours), you will be expected to pay the full rate of the lesson time slot. Sickness occurs- anything less than 8 hour notification, full rate of lesson will need to be paid. (*Sick policy- if your child clearly has a runny nose that requires constant tissues, fever, sore throat, vomiting, please stay home) We live in Buffalo, the weather voids this policy. We cannot control mother nature. Please be respectful of this policy and my time, as this is my full-time job. What should you and your daughter bring? Notebook and pen- be ready to take notes throughout the lesson. It is best for a parent/guardian to be there for the lesson. Please refrain from dropping her off. Why? I want you to be a part of the journey, so when you practice outside of lessons, you know how to correct and help. This is a journey we are all on together. Softball glove, athletic clothes, pitching shoes, try not to wear baggy clothes. It is best to provide a catcher of some sort, I will step in to catch from time-to-time to see spin. If you have trouble finding a catcher, let me know, and I can help secure one! I have some great catchers who have committed to helping out on a weekly basis! Please send me weekly videos of your daughter practicing! I will send feedback! Payment: Cash is expected at the start of every lesson. Lessons are 55-60 minutes long.
